Refund policy

1. Wrong Size Sent

If you received a different size than what you ordered:

  • Contact us at (kollectiblesclothing@gmail.com) within 3 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and a clear photo of the item and size tag

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • If verified, we’ll send the correct size at no additional cost

2. Product Not Received

If your package hasn’t arrived within 15 business days of the ship date:

  • Email us with your order number

  • We’ll investigate with the shipping carrier and either resend the item or issue a refund

3. Damaged Item

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • Item must be unworn and in original packaging

  • If approved, a replacement will be sent at no charge
