Refund policy
1. Wrong Size Sent
If you received a different size than what you ordered:

Contact us at (kollectiblesclothing@gmail.com) within 3 days of delivery

Include your order number and a clear photo of the item and size tag

Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging

If verified, we’ll send the correct size at no additional cost
2. Product Not Received
If your package hasn’t arrived within 15 business days of the ship date:

Email us with your order number

We’ll investigate with the shipping carrier and either resend the item or issue a refund
3. Damaged Item
If your item arrives damaged:

Contact us within 3 days of delivery

Include photos of the damaged item and packaging

Item must be unworn and in original packaging

If approved, a replacement will be sent at no charge
